I hired Sterlings Customs to install a custom vehicle wrap and was provided a design proof that I approved. However, the installed wrap color did not match the proof and was visibly misaligned and poorly executed. I brought the issue to their attention, and they agreed to redo the wrap but unfortunately, the second attempt still did not meet the promised quality or what I have seen in person or on their social media. I have even had people come up to my vehicle and point out the numerous flaws, and amature mistakes including peeling and bubbling on every pannel, creases in the film on every pannel, cuts in the film where there shouldn't be, dirt under the film, and jagged cuts along edges of film. Along with the bad install they also butchered my sound deadening on all of my doors, broke window switch panels, lost hardware to my licensplate inside my rear gate and didn't care to bring any of it up. I found out myself by hearing extra rattles and noise. My licensplate holder actually fell off because they use the cheapest hardware possible and didn't tighten it down properly. Súper nice workers alongside keeping me updated at all times with extremely quality work. You can’t ask for anything better, their tint came out amazing too. It’s lasted me over a year with 0 peeling bubbling or problems and they were happy to walk me through the difference of ceramic versus non ceramic tint as well.

I can’t say enough great things about not only the business and designs this crew puts out but beyond all of that, they are amazing people. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Austin and Hannah since the very beginning and they have always done amazing work on so many of my vehicles. I’m very happy with the end result of all the work Sterlings did on my Tesla. First time around, the vinyl wrap was not up to standard which was disappointing, but Austin the owner took care of it personally immediately, redid the wrap and it turned out great (see pics). Also got my windows and windshield tinted and am very happy with the result.

Excellent craftsmanship I recently purchased a car from the owner and he offered to wrap the car. I decided to get 30% tint on the windows and TekWrap Hunter Green. I’m extremely impressed with Austin & the staffs work. I have a smile on my face every time I walk up to my car. The wrap is so good people can’t even tell it’s a wrap. Communication from the shop was excellent. There was even an issue with my fog light which they immediately ordered and covered. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. If you dream it they can do it.
